Scope of activities:

The studies conducted within the research area are focused mainly on social, economic and financial environment of an organization. Quantitative analysis and forecasting methods are widely employed in studies on retirement systems, welfare state models, intergenerational relations, labor markets, financial markets or energy markets. Among the conducted research projects, many could be characterized as analyses in macro scale, while the outcomes are related to the organization level. In this manner changes in a dynamic organizational environment are identified at national and global scale. A change impact on the functioning of modern organizations is analysed retrospectively as well as prospectively.
