concerning the publication of the results of the competition in which applications for the NAWA scholarship ed. IV were submitted under the Project "Curriculum for advanced doctoral education & training - CADET Academy of TUL" implemented within the framework of the NAWA STER Programme, Task 6, for doctoral candidates in their second and subsequent years of training at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School, TUL

concerning the deadlines for the submission of documents for the NAWA scholarship under the Project "Curriculum for advanced
doctoral education & training - CADET Academy of TUL" implemented
within the framework of the NAWA STER Programme, Task 6,
for doctoral candidates in their second and subsequent years of training
at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School 4^th edition

Based on “Regulations for Award and Payment of Scholarships to Best Foreign Doctoral Candidates and Doctoral Candidates from Poland Implementing Doctoral Projects in International Cooperation Pursuing Joint Degree or Double Degree – within STER Programme Internationalisation of Doctoral Schools: Curriculum for advanced doctoral education & training – Cadet Academy of TUL”

Dear Doctoral Candidates,

we are pleased to inform you that the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School is planning to launch another call for applications for NAWA scholarships.

The recruitment process will be organized in a similar manner to previous editions, at the beginning of October this year, with a strong emphasis on awarding scholarships to the most outstanding doctoral candidates who can demonstrate significant academic achievements, including published articles and active participation in conferences.

The NAWA scholarship may be awarded to:

1) the best foreign Doctoral Candidates pursuing their training at IDS TUL or the best Doctoral Candidates from Poland studying at IDS TUL who carry out doctoral projects in international cooperation and work towards obtaining a joint degree or double degree

2) a NAWA scholarship may be awarded to doctoral candidates, as indicated in above, who additionally meet all the following criteria: 

• have an Individual Research Plan approved (by the Head of IDS TUL); 
• they have not received and do not receive support from other sources (in the scope identical or similar to the extent possible under the project) that would result in double financing of expenses; 
• are preparing a PhD dissertation in a foreign language (English), 
• are working with a supervisor or auxiliary supervisor from a foreign research institution or can demonstrate current research collaboration with a foreign institution, foreign internship or mobility abroad.

With this in mind, we cordially invite you to strive for further scientific achievements. In the application you can list the achievements gained by the end of September 2023. Please read the last call rules (the rules may slightly change) and start preparing your application for the 2023/2024 academic year.

All relevant information will be published, later on, in the STER NAWA project section of the IDS TUL website.
