Created in 2017, PhDTalent is a Paris-based company dedicated to connecting PhD candidates and doctoral graduates with career opportunities beyond academia, while promoting the value of doctoral training across sectors.
As part of the very first European Doctoral Day, PhDTalent is committed to highlighting the degree and, above all, those who hold it.
We are pleased to share with you the first session organized for this occasion. In partnership with Onepoint, we are co-hosting a webinar dedicated to a question at the heart of today’s research and societal challenges: bias in artificial intelligence.
Entitled “From human cognition to algorithmic bias: building fairer AI in research and industry”, this webinar will feature a discussion between two researchers from the Onepoint Institute.
Designed for a broad doctoral audience, this event aims to illustrate how research can generate concrete impact beyond academia, and how different disciplines can work together to build more responsible AI.
This first webinar will be held in English and will take place on May 13th, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (Paris time).
