Mid-term evaluation schedule

for Doctoral Candidates who began their training at Interdysciplinary Doctoral School of

the Technical University of Lodz

in the summer semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.

until 19 December 2025

Appointment of a mid-term evaluation committee by the relevant Discipline Council

until 22 December 2025

Publication of the membership of the mid-term evaluation committees on the web-site of IDS TUL

until 15 January 2026

Submission by the Doctoral Candidates of documents (in hard copy and electronic version)

- mid-term report,

- academic achievements,

- opinion of the Supervisor on the progress of the Doctoral Candidate

until 27 January 2026

Submission by the Doctoral Candidates of the multimedia presentation on the results of the research conducted so far (in hard copy and an electronic version)

2 – 13 February 2026 

Conducting a mid-term evaluation of Doctoral Candidates

until 27 February 2026

Announcement of the results of the mid-term evaluation with with justification
