The Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry kindly invites you to an important training from the Reaxys database for scientists, doctoral students and students, which will take place on February 21, 2023 (Tuesday) at 11.15 in Alchemium, Aula im. prof. Tadeusz Paryjczak, ul. Zeromskiego 114.
Planned framework training program:
1. Reaxys, what's new - e.g. content, commercial substances, increased patent coverage
2. A reminder of the basic search methods:
a. Simple search - algorithm, use of filters
b. Structure Editor - search methods, use of advanced tools - generic groups, Smart R-Group, etc.
c. Advanced Search - Query Builder - how to translate a scientific hypothesis into a search
d. Synthesis plan
e. Examples of searches, e.g. bioactivity, analytics, spectroscopy, surface phenomena, mechanical, electrical, optical properties, application, extraction from a natural product
3. Results management - saving, exporting, personalization.
