We are proud to announce that MSc Agnieszka Dubiel, a PhD candidate at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Lodz University of Technology in the discipline of Information and Communication Technology, has been awarded a scholarship under the KOPIPOL Association for Collective Management of Copyright of Authors of Scientific and Technical Works.
The scholarship is granted to PhD candidates who demonstrate an outstanding scientific track record, high research activity, and strong engagement in projects of significant scientific and social impact. The achievements of MSc Agnieszka Dubiel include publications in renowned international scientific journals and peer-reviewed conference proceedings, as well as active participation in numerous national and international research projects, including those funded under the Erasmus+ programme.
Her doctoral research focuses on the application of affective computing tools for the analysis of biomedical and behavioral data, with particular emphasis on immersive technologies (VR) and their use in education, universal design, and support for diverse user groups.
This success confirms the high quality of research conducted at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Lodz University of Technology and highlights the strong involvement of its PhD candidates in the development of cutting-edge technologies.
