The library is a treasure trove of knowledge available to the entire community of Lodz University of Technology – from students and doctoral candidates to researchers and University staff. The book collection at Library of Lodz University of Technology, comprising over 230,000 printed volumes, reflects the current demand for specialist literature.
In addition to a wide range of scientific and technical publications, the collection also includes fiction, guidebooks and popular science literature.
The Library's collection is constantly being expanded to keep pace with the dynamic needs of the University's academic community. In 2025, the library acquired nearly 700 new titles, including the latest textbooks from disciplines represented at Lodz University of Technology.
Thanks to an intuitive form for submitting purchase suggestions on the WIKAMP platform, students, doctoral candidates and employees have a direct influence on the range of publications available.
