We are pleased to announce the commencement of recruitment for the prestigious World Summit Awards (WSA), organized by the International Centre for New Media under the auspices of the United Nations. As a member of the WSA network of national experts, the MOST Foundation warmly invites young Polish enterprises and startups to participate in this exceptional initiative.
What are the World Summit Awards?
The WSA is a global initiative aimed at identifying and promoting the best digital solutions with a tangible impact on society or the environment. This competition provides a unique platform for creators of innovative technological solutions that support sustainable development. Each year, the competition selects 40 winning projects from around the world, with five winners in each of the eight categories.
Who is this competition for?
The competition is targeted at young companies operating in the field of digital technologies that have been on the market for no longer than three years or have significantly updated their solutions. Participants can submit their projects in one of the following categories:
- GOVERNMENT & CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT - civic participation, services, public administration activities
- HEALTH & WELL-BEING - healthcare, sports, lifestyle
- LEARNING & EDUCATION - knowledge, learning, skills
- ENVIRONMENT & GREEN ENERGY - climate, sustainable resources, agriculture
- CULTURE & HERITAGE - heritage, entertainment, culture
- SMART SETTLEMENTS & URBANIZATION - infrastructure, transport, sustainable living
- BUSINESS & COMMERCE - innovative services, finance, marketing
- INCLUSION & EMPOWERMENT - equality, human rights
