We would like to invite you to participate in three upcoming training courses organized within the project "Enhancing the Qualifications and Competencies of Teaching Staff at Lodz University of Technology", co-funded by the European Union under the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021–2027, Priority 1 – Skills, Measure 01.05 – Skills in Higher Education (Project No. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0151/23-00).
The training courses are dedicated to developing teaching, digital, and sustainability-related competencies of academic staff.
1. Modern Academic Teaching – Coaching, Mentoring and Tutoring in Working with Students

This two-day workshop focuses on the practical application of coaching, mentoring and tutoring methods in higher education. Participants will develop competencies supporting student engagement, responsibility for learning, and modern teaching practices.

2. Techniques and Tools in Problem- and Project-Based Learning

This practical workshop introduces participants to active learning strategies, Thinking Routines, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Challenge-Based Learning (CBL), Research-Based Learning (RBL), and Design Thinking. Participants will design their own teaching activities using these contemporary educational approaches.

The training introduces participants to the principles of accessible digital content creation, including WCAG standards, copyright regulations, and the use of AI-based tools in educational content development.
