We are pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming editions of the training course “Creating Accessible Digital Materials in Accordance with the Principles of Universal Design”
The training is organized within the project “Improving the qualifications and competencies of teaching staff at Lodz University of Technology”, co-financed by the European Union under the programme European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 🇪🇺

Why is it worth participating?
This training introduces the basic principles of creating accessible digital materials that are clear and usable for the widest possible audience .
During the course, participants will learn practical guidelines for designing teaching materials and discover how to improve accessibility and inclusiveness in academic communication.
The training is especially valuable for PhD students who teach classes or plan to start teaching in the future.
Training programme includes:
principles of planning and preparing for public presentations
good practices in pre-production
practical post-production skills
digital accessibility standards (WCAG)
copyright rules and the use of materials
possibilities of using generative tools
