Develop your abilities and skills in listening and communication

On behalf of the Fundacja Okręgowej Izby Radców Prawnych w Toruniu, we are pleased to invite you to participate in a series of free online training sessions organized as part of the project "Academy of Dialogue: Mediation in the Academic Environment."
The aim of the training programme is to develop communication and constructive conflict-resolution skills, while promoting knowledge of mediation and its applications within academic communities. The sessions will focus on topics including dialogue facilitation, active listening, non-violent communication, and the rights of students and doctoral candidates in conflict situations.
We warmly welcome students, doctoral candidates, and university staff members to participate.
When? 3–13 November 2026
Where? Online, in the form of interactive workshops
Participation is free of charge – participants may register for one or several training sessions.
